Exercise is good for you!
Yeah, we have all heard that, but it is sometimes hard to take the time to do it.
I have tried running for a while, but my knee started hurting, so I don’t do that anymore. Instead, I do yoga. I use the app Daily Yoga, which I LOVE! There are sessions for everyone, regardless if you are a beginner or a professional, and regardless if you have a lot of time or only a few minutes.
Ever since the Corona recommendations to work from home started, I have done yoga every day. Soon I will reach a 250 days streak! Even though I only do about 15 minutes of yoga a day, I feel such a difference. I’m stronger and more agile.
