Last week I wrote about the rollercoaster of emotions that I sometimes feel. I wrote that teaching is one of the best things about being a Ph.D. student, and that has never been more true than today!
Today, the course’s headteacher and I got an email from a student stating how much they appreciated us as teachers. I have never gotten this kind of direct feedback before, and it made my day! In the student’s own words, “the webinars are AMAZING!”. It is lovely to hear that since it is I who have come up with the idea of webinars. And even though I think they are a good idea, it does not mean that they have to be a good idea. But it is now confirmed that yes, webinars are a good idea, and they are highly appreciated.
I can’t stop smiling! I’m so happy and so proud that I make such a difference in the students’ understanding of the course.
