A new course that I teach started a few weeks ago. I will hold webinars like I have done before. I know that students appreciate them, but it is always a bit nervous the first time. I did not have to worry, though. The students came to the webinar and said that it was great! It makes me so happy that what I have worked hard on and believe in is appreciated.
During the course, I will also supervise a project. During a course I took in Teaching for Higher Education, I learned that it is good to have learning outcomes for submodules of a course, to clarify the purpose and what will be assessed. So this year, I have written some learning outcomes for the project. When the course is over, I will take some time to reflect on the project and further improve it.
